Products ship within 1-3 business days from your processing date.  Saturdays and Sundays we are closed. During Major holidays, orders MAY take up to 7 business days for orders to process.

Exchange

We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges of hair extensions that have NOT been used, washed, tampered with, or altered and all things stay in their original condition 7 days after the item ship date. Please send your request to our customer service email address Norshairextensions1@gmail.com and we will process it asap.

What should i do after exchanging?

• Please email us at Norshairextensions1@gmail.com The tracking number of your return package. Once your package arrives at our warehouse, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.

In order to achieve the full look, it is suggested that when styling you use:

3 bundles for 16″-18”
3-4 bundles for 20”-26”
4-5 bundles for 28” and above.

Shampoo and Conditioner

Gently washing extensions in a downward motion with your palms, do not scrub or bunch extensions as this will cause matting and friction.

Using a clarifying shampoo and moisturizing conditioner ( Deep Cleaning Shampoo and Conditioner)

Bi-weekly cleansing to prevent product build up.

While installed, cover extensions nightly with a silk scarf/bonnet.

Avoiding, when possible, excessive use of products with alcohol
